Dubai has named the three worst and best performing government service centres today.

The announcement has been made by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai on his official Twitter account.
The three best performing centres are
1-Dubai Electricity and Water Authority
2-Roads and Transport Authority
3-Dubai Health Authority
The worst performing centres are
1-Dubai Customs
2-Dubai Culture and Arts Authority
3-Dubai Land Department
4-Dubai Public Prosecution
"All entities which have scored below the average in the Customer Happiness Index results, must submit development plans for their programs and services within two weeks, and I will personally follow up on the results of the progress report," Sheikh Hamdan said.
"My personal message to all the directors, officials and employees of the Dubai government is that a government led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE, and Ruler of Dubai will be satisfied only with exceptional service, leadership and first positions," he added.
