A Dubai hotel is offering its patrons a mind-boggling Dh8.8 million New Year’s Eve package to beat ‘lockdown fatigue’.
Luxury hotel ME Dubai, designed entirely by British-Iraqi architect Dame Zaha Hadid, is presenting a New Year’s Eve package exclusively designed for the world-class elite. It is also the only hotel in the Middle East to be fully designed both inside and out by the late architect.
For Dh8.8 million, guests can enjoy a three-night stay for eight persons at the Suite ME, a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Roadster, and an exquisite Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon timepiece from Jacob and Co.
Believed to be the most expensive hotel package in the world, an official PR from the hotel said, “The package breaks new dimensions by including a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Roadster, the fastest and most powerful roadster in Bugatti’s history.”
It added, “The superlative model is presented together with a timepiece from Jacob & Co.’s Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon Collection, one that has been designed in tribute to the exhilarating power and beauty of the Bugatti marque.”
The package also includes a “full run of ME Dubai as a super VIP and an extensive stay in the hotel’s Suite ME across three luxurious nights, the ultimate playground for the discerning few”, it said.
Located in Dame Zaha Hadid's The Opus development by Omniyat, in Burj Khalifa District, guests who opt for the ultra-luxurious three-day package will reportedly be treated like ‘celebrities in the city’, with access to an all-areas pass to one of the most dynamic cities in the world, ringing in 2021 in style.
However, terms and conditions apply. The price is inclusive of tax and one should book only if they’re 100 per cent certain, as no cancellations will be allowed when availing the package.
“Room and the full board are available as part of the package in all outlets for up to eight persons for three nights,” it said.
Check-in begins at 3pm on December 31 until check-out on January 3 at 12pm. Alternatively, the date of the stay can be moved to anytime during 2021.
