Emaar Properties has announced a wavier on property registration fees for all residential and commercial sales during the three-day inaugural Dubai Property Festival to be held from April 9 to 11, 2018, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Emaar will also offer special payment plans for a number of its developments, which will be available only during the festival.
Organised by the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Centre, the Investment arm of Dubai Land Department introduces, the Dubai Property Festival aims to showcase Dubai as a top property destination and brings together developers and other industry stakeholders for a one-of-a-kind property bonanza. Emaar is the Founding Strategic Partner of the event.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, said: "The Dubai Property Festival will catalyse the property sector of Dubai with an intensive, three-day showcase of the largest collection of real estate developments. Among the many benefits offered to visitors to the Dubai Property Festival include special discounted prices, low down payment, and lower registration fee from various developers; free legal consultancy; no processing fees and on-site approval by banks; live auctions; and a brokers' village that presents an inventory of exclusive deals.
Emaar is taking the lead by waiving the entire registration fee during the event as well as introducing special payment plans for the various iconic developments to be launched for sale during the three-day festival. Emaar will have a dedicated pavilion at the Dubai Property Festival, which will showcase all its recently unveiled residential destinations as well as the exclusive new launches. Emaar's sales team will be on hand to guide investors through the sales journey that can completed instantly.
Among the newly launched projects of Emaar include Beach Vista and Sunrise Bay in Emaar Beachfront, a private island destination in the Arabian Gulf offering exclusive access for residents to a 1.5 km beach; Saffron, the first townhouse community in Emaar South, the 7 square kilometre lifestyle destination with tree-lined boulevards, walking & bicycle trails and a well-linked public transport network; Collective, an innovative concept for co-living spaces in Dubai Hills Estate; and The Grand, an 'ultra-luxe' residential address in the 6-square-kilometre Dubai Creek Harbour, among others.
