"Dubai is a true food haven, no matter what time of the year it is. But the place has surely seen a definite shift (eating habits) in recent times, wherein during summer, people are going for lighter and healthier foods. These days, it is easy to get them," the chef, entrepreneur and TV show host says. Kapoor shares some delicious recipes that anyone could cook in their kitchen without breaking a sweat.
