Free entry for Adec staff to Al Ain Zoo

Al Ain Zoo has announced that it will offer free admittance to all Abu Dhabi Education Council (Adec) staff until the end of December as a way of encouraging employees and teachers in the UAE to visit the zoo.
Education is a core element of Al Ain Zoo's vision, and in support of this initiative it offers a wide range of educational activities, facilities and programmes. Al Ain Zoo encourages all visitors and children to interact more with animals. Facilities include a walkthrough aviary, interactive giant tortoise exhibit and bird feeding programmes.
Muna Al Dhaheri, Chief of Conservation and Education at Al Ain Zoo, said: "Al Ain Zoo supports all education fields and we invite Adec staff to visit us. We encourage students and teachers to explore our range of education programmes and activities. The Zoo is a tourist, educational and entertainment destination which facilitates learning and discovery for children."
Also, as a way of supporting book readers, until the end of December Al Ain Zoo will provide free entry tickets for those who take along any scientific or animal book.- Wam
