As part of Eid Al Fitr celebrations, Yas Mall will launch a 24-hour mega sale with more than 300 brands at discounts of up to 90 per cent.
Stores will open from 10am to 10am on June 25 to June 26. There will be hourly specials post-midnight at Geant, Home Centre, Hamely's, House of Fraser, Tryano, Vox Cinemas, Ferrari World, Fun Works, Ikea and Ace Hardware, among other names.
Also, there will be mix of live entertainment, hourly prizes and giveaways, like a return Etihad Airways business class flight ticket. Shoppers will also be given the chance to double their 'early bird' coupons for a chance to win an electric Tesla car, and the winner will be announced during Eid Al Adha.
Yas Mall general manager Saoud Khoory said for the first time in the emirate, Yas Mall and Yas Island partners will be open for 24 hours for Eid Al Fitr, including Yas Mall, Ferrari World, IKEA and Ace Hardware.
"We are looking forward to welcoming tourists and residents to enjoy their stay on the island and take advantage our Yas Mall's Eid Al Fitr celebrations and mega sale."
Moreover, Yas Mall will give its visitors three chances to win amazing prizes, worth a total of Dh40,000 for the night.
Firstly, throughout Eid Al Fitr if anyone spends over Dh400, they will earn double coupons to win either electric Tesla model S, the first ever electric vehicle give-away of its kind in the Middle East, or a return Etihad Airways business class flight. Next, Yas Mall will host a social media game at Town Square, giving those who can answer trivia questions special Yas Mall Gift Cards.
For those late-night or early bird shoppers, for every hour from 12am until 5am, Yas Mall will give away spot prizes with raffle draws in the form of Yas Mall Gift Cards, starting at Dh1,000 and increasing every hour, reaching Dh15,000 by 5am. The grand prize of the return business class Etihad tickets will be announced at 9am.
