The Gulf Education and Training Exhibition (GETEX) provides students of all ages with an easy access to representatives from the leading universities and academic institutions from over 40 countries. Several education experts are available during the region's leading student-oriented event to guide learners towards making an informed decision in their pursuit of higher studies.
Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, GETEX 2016 showcases more than 2,500 international academic, training and vocational programmes from April 13 to 15 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The exhibition serves as an interactive platform for both incoming university students and professionals seeking to reinforce their careers by enrolling in relevant postgraduate and training programmes.
Anselm Godinho, Managing Director of International Conferences and Exhibitions, the organiser of GETEX, said: "Since its inception in 1988, the annual expo has served as an important networking and learning platform for regional and international learners, teachers, trainers and professionals. We have been attracting key industry leaders and stakeholders over the past years, offering students with extensive course choices, and also offering educational providers with opportunities to meet their enrolment targets and engaging with their next batch of learners. We are confident that GETEX will continue to be the Middle East's top student recruitment platform ensuring a high rate of conversion from enquiry to student enrolment, thus making the event a very viable investment for exhibiting universities."
The face-to-face interaction at GETEX enables students and parents to get answers to their questions leading to on-the-spot decisions and submission of student applications. The pioneering event also lays the groundwork for successful student conversions and increased marketing visibility. Similarly, it addresses the needs of learners who are eager for information on further academic and industry-ready education or training opportunities.
