Dubai is set to get warmer in the next couple of weeks as winter comes to a close. Dubai summers are notorious for extreme temperatures so much so that many would rather stay indoors.
But what if we tell you that you can cool down free of charge?
That's right, starting next week on March 13, local ice cream parlor Billo Ice Cream is offering FREE ice cream. The event, which is called Billoday will let residents get a taste of cold, sweet treats just in time for when Dubai is starting to get warmer.
Speaking to Khaleej Times, staff from the ice cream parlour said that residents can grab their free scoop of ice cream starting 2:00pm on March 13th, Monday. The promo runs until 12:00 midnight so if you want free dessert, you better act fast. Residents can avail of the promotion at any Billo Ice Cream parlour around Dubai. They have locations in Al Qusais, Oud Metha, International City and Al Karama.
Their event page on Facebook even stipulates their reason in handing out free ice cream - a simple just because. Hey, who wouldn't want free ice cream as the weather turns for the worse?
