Housing project completed in Al Ain

The Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) has completed the Neima residential project in Al Ain.
The Dh206 million project will serve 616 residential plots along with the community facilities -including five mosques, a mall, a school and 19 power substations.
The project is part of the efforts to achieve the vision of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to deliver projects which capture the attention with close follow up of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, aimed to establish an integrated infrastructure and a sustainable, globally open competitive economy, enhancing the welfare and development across the UAE in line with a comprehensive government development and growth plans.
In 2015, Musanada delivered several projects with a total value of over Dh7.5 billion across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
