In your childhood, did you ever wonder whether Santa Claus would be coming to your town or not? Sure, his whereabouts might have been a big mystery then, but now people can find out where Santa is. Thanks to technology, eager children can now find out if their house is on Santa's flight path.
Websites such as Google and NORAD Santa Tracker have set up "Santa Trackers" purported to monitor which part of the world Santa is currently in. NORAD has been tracking Santa Claus' footprints since 1955!
According to noradsanta.org, they use state-of-the-art satellites to determine Santa's location by using the 'infrared signal' generated by Rudolph the Reindeer's red nose. They also have dedicated "Santa Cams" set up across the globe which take videos and photos of Santa.
Google, meanwhile, has its own version of the Santa Tracker with an interactive graphic set to trace Santa's every footprint when he takes off on the 24th.
While children all over the world wait for Santa, they can enjoy online trivia and Mini games on NORAD's and Google's Santa Tracker.
NORAD says that Santa drops by a kid's place only when the kid is asleep.
