Starting tomorrow, Emirati job seekers can expect speed interview to direct meeting with top employers for three days at the Careers UAE 2016.
The job fair - exclusively for Emiratis - is open to fresh graduates as well as those looking to change careers or further their skills.
Thousands of job-seeking UAE nationals were expected to descend on Dubai World Trade Centre to meet recruiters and explore opportunities at the opening day of the job fair.

Job fair exclusively for Emiratis
When: May 16-18
Venue : Dubai World Trade Centre
Who can attend: Fresh graduates as well as those looking to change careers or further their skills.
The three-day event, which last year drew 18,775 applicants, will allow visitors to find out about the latest information on a wide variety of topics including advanced study and training opportunities to job openings and tips for entrepreneurs.
The employers include Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa), which this year introduced a mechanism to directly recruit Emiratis for engineering and technical positions.
"Dewa has achieved excellent results in Emiratisation, with UAE nationals comprising 85 per cent of senior management and 47.6 percent in middle management, employing 2,476 Emiratis. Dewa is committed to participating in employment exhibitions to target UAE Nationals who want to be engineers and technicians," said Dewa Managing Director and CEO Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer.
This year, for the first time, InternsME, the UAE's largest internship job site, has tied up with companies including Apple, Mastercard and Bosch to bring young UAE talent face-to-face with hiring managers. Job seekers will be exposed to a 'speed interview' with potential employers that could end with a contract signing.
Many companies participating in the event were prepared to sign contracts during the three-day talent hunt itself.
"Careers UAE is an excellent opportunity to meet a variety of candiates. It is truly the best venue to provide support to young Emiratis to begin their careers," said Mounia Hadjidj, Human Resources Director of Sophora Middle East.
Another event at the fair, 'Mission Possible' will put visitors knowledge to the test to win prizes, and leading staffing firm Adecco will be on the lookout to fill their 'CEO for a Month' internship programme.
Additionally, Expo 2020 will host an 'Ideation Workshop' which will allow students, job seekers and young professionals to work together to share their vision of an ideal future workplace.
