dubai - Sharjah Police reduced the speed limits on two streets in Khor Fakkan, from 121 km/h to 101/km. The radar speed detection modification was approved for Al Garadia and Omar Bin Khatab streets. The two radars include a number of still and mobile cameras to detect speeding vehicles.
Major Mohammed Al Kenddy, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrol Department, said that that the change was made as a part of new, comprehensive plans to ensure road safety in the city.
