Light to moderate rain fell on parts of the UAE on Wednesday morning as cloudy weather conditions prevailed across UAE.

Residents and motorists have been warned to be attentive and cautious as weather conditions may cause a drop in visibility and roads may become slippery. 
 
According to The UAE's National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) forecast, apart from scattered rain, the Arabian Gulf will be rough with waves expected to reach between 6-feet to a maximum of 8-feet to 9-feet offshore while the Oman sea will be moderate to rough with wave heights of 3-feet to 6-feet offshore.  
NCMS forecast for Thursday shows partly cloudy weather in general, and cloudy at times over some areas. Moderate winds in general, freshen at times over the sea, and may cause rising dust over some exposed areas. Sea will be rough to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, and moderate in Oman Sea.
The relative humidity will increase during night and early morning times over the internal areas, with a probability of fog/mist formation.
