The Dubai Police have arrested a youth who allegedly mocked the cops in a video he posted online. The Asian filmed a policeman doing his job and later "added emojis for the purpose of mocking and ridiculing" the police, before posting it on his social media accounts.

The police said all legal measures were taken against the suspect.
Last week, the police arrested another man who allegedly encouraged residents to break traffic laws. The Asian had posted a video, egging people on to ignore traffic laws and disrespect police officers.
Days prior to that, the police had arrested another man who encouraged people to ignore the government's advice to stay home during the coronavirus outbreak.
The police have time and again warned that they would take strict action against those who violate the country's precautionary measures against the spread of Covid-19.
