Al Dhaid Municipality seized 1,000 kg of pan, a narcotic substance banned in the UAE, from a house owned by an Asian in Al Dhaid area.
The municipality received a tip off of the illegal activities and immediately formed teams who raided the house belonging to the same Asian who sells the substance in his shop located on Al Dhaid-Fujairah road.
The pan and several kinds of anti-narcotic were being made in the house where the municipality team in coordination with police managed confiscated d 2,901 bags of bags of pan, weighing 55kg and ready for sale.
