The suspect identified as M.K allegedly stabbed his wife in various parts of her body at their apartment which they shared with other family in Abu Shagara.
Police said that they received a call at the operation room about the incident and dispatched a police team comprising forensic experts, CID officers, patrols and ambulance who reached the site and found the body of the woman in a pool of blood.
