Dos
Motorists have to contact their insurance company and provide them with details about the traffic accident.
An accident report and details on who caused the accident is a must.
It’s important read and know what is covered and what is not in your insurance contract.
Don'ts
Avoid suggesting a conclusion with regards to the cause of the accident.
Do not delay obtaining any outstanding claims.
Do not offer or promise to pay any amount as you wait for the insurance company’s approval.
