Easy Clocking, a developer of next generation time and attendance management systems, software and services, has introduced the most effective biometric employee time clock in the world, called the Easy Clocking Xenio-IRIS, for its customers in the Middle East.
Demonstrated at the recent Intersec 2016 exhibition, the EasyClocking Xenio-IRIS is a robust, contact-less and hygienic solution, which verifies an employee's identity based on the characteristics of their iris. While many mistake it for retinal scanning, iris recognition simply involves taking a picture of the iris, which is used solely for authentication purposes. The employee stands in front Xenio-IRIS device and in less than a second their identity is verified. Iris recognition is the most accurate form of identifying an individual in high traffic areas, and also where fingerprint privacy and performance are major concerns.
Eliminating the need for PINs, passwords or cards, Xenio-IRIS provides accurate identity authentication using video-based technology that allows users to enroll in just two seconds, with no scanning involved. Drawing from technology that powers consumer electronics, Xenio-IRIS relies on pattern recognition and pattern-capturing methodology that do not depend on bright illumination or close-up imaging.
Speaking to Khaleej Times, Marco Quintero, founder and chief executive of?cer of EasyClocking, said: "Easy Clocking's success starts at the time clock, we've developed world class biometric data collection terminals which have been proven to effectively authenticate any users with our iris, fingerprint or smart card technology, coupled with our next generation cloud based time and attendance software, which has been customized to meet the UAE's requirements and demands."
With a global presence that has reached over 30 countries, EasyClocking is trusted in over 50,000 time & attendance systems installed in the world today, to a variety of markets including government agencies, law enforcement, financial services, healthcare, education, commercial enterprises, industrial, construction, hospitality and the retail industry.
"Our system gives companies instant real time insight to effectively manage time attendance data virtually anywhere, dramatically reducing the number of hours required to process employee time and attendance, and automatically calculating total worked hours including overtime, vacation, sick days and holidays. Our reporting solutions empower you with informed real time decision making capabilities so you can easily convert data into actionable, valuable information," Quintero said.
"The demands for Easy Clocking systems and technology has tremendously increased as companies are using our solutions to efficiently manage their workforce and the end result is significant savings on their payroll, while increasing productivity and staying in compliance with local labor laws," he added.
