The MoU was signed by Mona Al Marri, Chairperson of the Board of Dubai Women Establishment, and Adel Al Shared, Director of MBRLD.

While DWE will help identify high-calibre participants from across the UAE, the MBRLD will design the programme in accordance with DWE's objectives.

The four-week programme will help unleash women's latent potential and provide them with the confidence required to tackle career challenges.

Al Shared said, "The partnership aims to identify optimum resources to build an appropriate knowledge-base for our future leaders and support them in their aspirations to ensure the sustainable development of Dubai and the UAE."
