Not following the advisory may lead to fines and arrest by local authorities

The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi has issued a public advisory reminding the public of not breaking rules in the embassy premises.
The advisory reads-
The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi wishes to remind the public that taking of photos and videos of restricted areas, including Embassies and consultates, as well as military facilities in the United Arab Emirates, is prohibited in view of security concerns.
It is also prohibited to take pictures or videos of police or security forces "in action" or while performing their duties. Furthermore, taking photos or videos of poeple and posting these online without their permission is punishable by law, which may lead to fines and arrest by local authorities.
