Dubai's royal family had a special reason to celebrate on May 17 as they welcomed a newborn into the family - second one this year so far. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai's son Sheikh Majid became a father again on Wednesday as wife Hessa Beljafla gave birth to a daughter, Sheikha Maitha. The couple had twins nearly two years back, son Mohammed and daughter Dubai. Family members broke news of the birth on Instagram, with aunt Sheikha Latifa being among the first to share the good news with their followers. Maitha is Sheikh Mohammed's second grandchild this year, so far, after daughter Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum gave birth to a baby boy earlier this year. The little bundle of joy, born just a day after Mother's Day in UAE, was named Rashid bin Mansoor. Sheikha Manal is the wife of Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.
