His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has congratulated a couple of Emirati students who got married in a simple function.
Taking to Twitter, Sheikh Mohammed congratulated Hoda Ahli, who was the topper in secondary school exams in 2012.
Sheikh Mohammed said: "I congratulated Hoda for having the best score in secondary school in 2012. Now, she is working on her doctoral thesis in major of electronic plastics in the Imperial College in London.

"Mohammed Al Amri is also working on his doctoral thesis in genome in University College London. Congratulations for your simple marriage. With our specialised cadres, our nation will be better," Sheikh Mohammed tweeted.
