A Dubai-based event management company has started a social media campaign 'I Love UAE' for people to express their gratitude to the country during the 45th National Day.
Mark Events' programme director Arshed Mohammed Ibrahim said the National Day is an opportunity for everyone to remember the strong will and determination of the founding father of the nation, the late Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
"People can log onto iloveuae.d2deal.com and change their Facebook profile picture with 'I Love UAE' tag," he said.
All India Sunni Jamiyyathul Ulama general secretary Sheikh Aboobacker Ahmed officially launched the website at a function in Dubai. "It is our responsibility to express our solidarity and prayer for the nation and their rulers for the protection and the environment they provide for employment in ?this land," Muneer Pandayala, the company's media manager, said.
