Would you like to get a prescription for constant dissatisfaction? Of course not.
Then, stop grunting on your weaknesses and start amplifying them instead. Sounds more worrying, right? But this was the gist of the talk of international speaker and book author David Rendall recently at the American University in Dubai attended by several business leaders and professionals and organised by Dubai-based company Right Selection.
Rendall, author of the self-help book 'Freak Factor', said we can achieve personal happiness, establish more meaningful relations with family and friends, and boost employee engagement and productivity at work if we can 'turn our weaknesses into our biggest strengths."
He explained: "This is not about (literally) turning weaknesses into strength but this is about recognising your weaknesses also as strengths."
