Mads Bo Larsen, General Manager of Novo Nordisk’s Gulf regional office, explained why the choice fell on Dubai and DHCC, he said: “The principal reasons for establishing the new entity in DHCC include the vision and mission of DHCC, the synergy created by our common commitment to health care excellence in the region and the free zone incentives for foreign investment.”
Novo Nordisk has the broadest diabetes product portfolio and a strong position in other areas including haemostasis management, growth disorders and hormone replacement therapy.
