1. High protein crepes can be made using quinoa flour and a mixture of any lentils stirred with cilantro leaves, grated carrots, beetroot and some rich in protein quorn (meat substitute) pieces.
2. Rice can be consumed with dishes that include beans and a generous portion of greens to add nutritional value.
3. Cottage cheese and vegetable salad makes a healthy side.
4. Quinoa tabbouleh salad and wholegrain bread are healthy eats too.
5. Fibrous veggies, namely spinach, gourds, asparagus, mushrooms or broccoli.
6. Mushrooms are a nutritional vegetarian appetiser.
