The UAE government on Sunday approved a new visa system to attract talent in critical sectors, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced today on Twitter.
The new system will lure top talents from fields such as medicine, science and research, Sheikh Mohammed said.

"The United Arab Emirates is the land of opportunities," he said on Twitter after a cabinet meeting. Attracting top talents will "add to our economy and future," he said.
