Dubai - Motorists are urged to take alternative routes.

Slow moving traffic was reported on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Ittihad road towards Dubai on Thursday morning.
However, no major accidents have been reported so far.
Heavy congestion was reported on E44 Al Awir road from Al Warqa to Ras Al Khor, Al Khail Road and on Sheikh Zayed Road near Al Barsha.
There is heavy congestion on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) near Dubai Investment Parks.
Drivers can expect delays along the E66 and E311 intersection near Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City.
In Sharjah, heavy traffic on the roads headed from Al Nahda and towards Dubai. Tailbacks were reported on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road from the National Paints roundabout from Sharjah towards Dubai.
Motorists are urged to take alternative routes.
