Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (Seha) has issued an alert, warning jobseekers in the UAE not to fall prey to fake recruitment campaigns.

The alert said that fraudsters were indulging in a fake campaign to make a quick buck out of unsuspecting jobseekers.

It further advised the public to apply for jobs at Seha only through its official portal.

“Sometimes, the identity of ‘Seha’ or one of its healthcare facilities is used fraudulently in fake recruitment campaigns, false job offers and fake business propositions,” Seha tweeted.

“Don’t let these fake offers fool you. You can only apply to Seha jobs at seha.ae/careers,” the advisory stated.

In January, Seha, an Abu Dhabi government entity, had also clarified that an image of one its Covid-19 screening centres, which had gone viral, was fake.

The image that asked people to "stop the spread of Germans" was fake, the authority had said, adding that the UAE loves “Germans just as much as we love all other people”.
