Strong winds took over Dubai and other parts of Emirates during the early hours.
It will be a partly cloudy day in general, says the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.  Fresh winds could cause blowing dust over the exposed areas, leading to poor visibility.
Sharing today's weather update, the NCMS says, the amount of clouds will increase over some areas, especially the northern and eastern areas with gradual fall in temperatures. The minimum temperature reported in UAE at 12 am on November 13 was 10.3°C in Mebreh mountain.

The relative humidity will increase during the night and early morning over some internal areas. Sea will be rough to very rough in the Arabian gulf.

The humidity forecast for the day is in the range of 70 to 85 per cent in coastal areas and 70 to 90 per cent in the internal areas.
The maximum temperature according to NCMS could hover between 31 to 35 degrees in the internal areas and 30 to 33 degree Celsius in the coastal areas.
