Hot weather to persist across UAE with respite only in some parts with a chance of rainfall.
According to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) the day will be 'hot to very hot' in general, although it will be partly cloudy and hazy at times.
The maximum temperature according to NCMS could hover around 48°C, a slight drop from the hot week.
The possibility of rain continues as NCMS says the amount of clouds will increase over the eastern and southern areas. By afternoon, there could be rains in few parts of UAE.
Light to moderate winds will blow in general causing blowing dust/sand over the exposed areas. If you are stepping out, cover yourself as the heat and dust can create havoc. Motorists need to be careful as the visibility on the roads might be compromised.
The humidity forecast for the day is 60 to 80 per cent in coastal areas and 50 to 70 per cent in the internal areas. Sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
