UAE royals are loved by both Emiratis and expats - especially the Rulers, government officials and even the youth, who have become public figures in their own right through social media.
A recent heartwarming chance meeting between His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and an elderly Emirati woman perfectly sums up people's admiration and gratitude for the leaders of the country.
A video of the meeting went viral on social media after it was posted on Instagram, earlier this week by a fanpage, racking up nearly 16,000 views.

The video shows an Emirati woman expressing her admiration for the Crown Prince to which Sheikh Mohamed affectionately replies by saying that he 'loves her', as he hugs her and kisses her hand.
It is noteworthy that Sheikh Mohamed was in Dubai earlier this week to attend the World Government Summit.
