Dubai - Gulf unity will be in focus as the six-member council convenes.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has arrived at Maraya Hall in Al Ula in Saudi Arabi for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit that begins in Riyadh, today.

On the eve of the summit, Saudi Arabia opened its borders to Qatar after over three years - signalling the first steps towards ending the Gulf crisis.
