Dubai - A security guard at neighboring Diamond 3, told Khaleej Times that the fire was mostly smoke from the exhaust on top of Diamond 4.

A fire that broke out at Diamond 4 Tower in Dubai Marina is under control with no reports of casualties, according to a witness at the scene.
Ramakrishna, a security guard at neighboring Diamond 3, told Khaleej Times that the fire was mostly smoke from the exhaust on top of Diamond 4, and said he heard people say the fire started at a restaurant at the ground floor off the building. Nobody was hurt, he added, noting that crowds dispersed after two fire trucks and civil defence vehicles put out the smoke.
Neighboring buildings were unaffected. 
Dubai Civil Defence could not be reached for at update.
