Aster DM Healthcare has taken strict action against illegal recruiters, who are duping job aspirants in India and other Asian and African countries by misusing the name of the organisation.
The company has filed cases with Dubai Police and with Cyber Cells to take action against online fraudsters who promise jobs with Aster and cheat people of money in the name of recruitment expenses.
Aster has categorically condemned all such activities and has urged the people to be extremely cautious in falling prey to such scams, adding that Aster recruits only as per governmental procedures and does not charge any fee for recruitment.
This follows reports of fraudulent online recruitment activity that misuses Aster's name in various countries including India, Pakistan, Philippines, New Zealand and Zimbabwe.
Letters are being provided by these fraudulent operators with promise of jobs on behalf of Aster Hospital, Mankhool, Aster clinic and other business entities of Aster DM Healthcare.
Aster took note of the report and immediately alerted the concerned authorities.
The domain and ID from where such emails have originated have been blocked as far as possible. Aster urges caution by job seekers, reminding them not to contact the telephone numbers provided in these bogus emails.
The company has also clarified that they are not availing of the services of any travel agency for its recruitments, as some of the fake offer letters are issued in the name of travel agents.
Commenting on the news activity, Ratnesh, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Aster DM Healthcare said: "We strongly condemn such illegal activity and are committed to taking stern action against its perpetuators. While the matter is under investigation, it is important to apprise that Aster DM Healthcare adheres to fair and transparent recruitment practices.
