Worried about late or no payment of salary by your company in UAE? The Ministry of Labour can help you address your grievances. 
You can register a complaint against the entity you are working for. The department shall then summon both the parties in discourse and take the necessary steps to settle the dispute amicably. 
You can report to the ministry for non-payment of salary
Expats working in the private sector can contact the Bureau for the protection of salaries through the toll-free number 800 665 or visit the website, www.mol.gov.ae.
