I find credit cards to be quite convenient because they help in easy transactions and helps me easily take care of my expenses such as utility, grocery, entertainment, shopping bills, etc. Also, some cards offer freebies, tie-ups with other brands and cashbacks, so that's an added advantage.

The ease of swiping a credit card for a purchase has its pros and cons. It helps when handled properly but I have been very careful to not overuse it because of the debt trap it could lead to. Currently, I make use of it to pay my utility bills on time every month.

I make the best use of my credit card when I am travelling abroad as it is much better to use cards than carry cash around everywhere. Also, I use them for online shopping and to purchase luxury or household items, which I can pay off through monthly instalments.

Credit cards help me keep track of my purchases, closely review monthly statements and helps me plan and stick to a budget so that I avoid overspending. I make it a point to pay off my credit card balances at the end of the month in order to avoid any late fees or overcharges. It's a great tool when used correctly.
