A worker, who was cleaning his sponsor's home when he allegedly molested his daughter, went on trial on Thursday in the Court of First Instance.
The 24-year-old Indian worker allegedly took his countrywoman, 22, by surprise when he suddenly grabbed her head and kissed her on the lips.

The incident was registered on February 24 at Al Rafaa police.
The complainant, a student, said she was home when her mother came with a worker.
"The man works at my father's company in Ras Al Khaimah. They brought him to do some cleaning work. Once done with his work, he left with my mother.

Few minutes later, however, he came to take my mother's chair and before leaving he went to get some water. I thought he was leaving but to my surprise he walked to me and grabbed my head. With the other hand he grabbed my face and kissed me on my lips.
I managed to push him away and he left. After telling my mum about him, we filed a complaint," the student told the prosecutor.

The worker admitted during public prosecution investigation that he kissed his sponsor's daughter against her will.
