Worker molests housemaid in UAE, kisses her by force

Dubai - Official court records stated that the incident occurred at the end of last year.

A maintenance worker has been accused of molesting a housemaid inside her employer's home in Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi Criminal Court heard that the Bangladeshi man grabbed the Asian woman by force and kissed her as she entered one of the bedrooms where he was doing repair work  in the bathroom.

The man also caressed the maid in various parts of her body.
Official court records stated that the incident occurred at the end of last year.
The house owner had contracted the defendant's company to do maintenance work at her house for 3 years during which the man would repair the water faucets.

And on the day of the incident, the man reportedly went to the house and the maid who was alone there opened the door for him.
She showed him to the place that required maintenance and left him there so she could attend to her house chores.
The maid later returned to check if the man had completed his work, but she was surprised by him looking at her in a strange way.

"The man then grabbed my hand and pulled me towards him," said the maid.
"He kissed me and touched my body."
The woman said when she screamed, the man ran away. The maid's employer complained to police after she told her about what happened.

The Bangladeshi denied sexually abusing the housemaid when he appeared in court.
The trail was adjourned until April 4.
