Watch: Heavy fog engulfs parts of UAE, leads to delays

The NCMS has issued a warning of poor visibility of less than 500 metres.

The foggy days are here to stay. Heavy fog hit the emirates of Dubai, UUmm al Quinn, Abu Dhabi this morning among other places.
We posted a video on our Facebook page about the fog over Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed road near Umm al Quinn.  

In Dubai, sports city, Jumeirah and other parts saw fog in the morning. Fog led to chaos and minor accidents on the roads with poor visibility.

The National Center of Meteorology & Seismology (NCMS) has been updating its Twitter handle with fog updates since morning. It also issued a warning of poor visibility of less than 500 metres.
For the weather forecast of the day, the NCMS shared that partly cloudy weather will continue today. There is a possibility of increase in relative humidity so expect rise in temperatures.
