Winter has well and truly hit the UAE as many parts of the country were covered in thick, dense fog on Sunday morning as well.
On Saturday, the national met agency, NCMS, has forecasted foggy weather to continue over the next two days.
Satellite images showed patches of fog over parts of UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Swiehan, Khalifa City and external roads from Abu Dhabi to Dubai:

"On Saturday night, across the UAE there was more fog formation, especially along the coast and inland, but mainly inland. This will continue for the next two days, with fog forming at midnight and clearing just after sunrise each day," an NCMS spokesperson told Khaleej Times.
Motorists were forced to drastically decrease their speed on many major roads across the country on Saturday morning as fog impacted visibility.
