Ingredients
1 litre tender coconut water
1 tablespoon sugar
Tender coconut meat, chopped
100 gm china grass or agar agar
Almond slivers, to garnish
For the sauce:
Fresh coconut milk
Condensed milk
Method
For the sauce:
Mix 1-2 cups of fresh coconut milk and condensed milk (adjust for sweetness).
Bring coconut water to the boil.
Add sugar and China grass and allow to melt.
Leave to cool and set overnight.
Chop them up and serve with the coconut sauce, garnished with almond slivers.
