I'm in my 30s and I have a lot of acne. The marks refuse to go, and every month, new ones pop up. How effective is your cinnamon and honey remedy? I remember the good, old days when I had clear skin. Please help me.

A mask of cinnamon and honey is treatment for adult acne. Add a few drops of lemon juice to this mixture to lighten the old acne marks that you have. Apply this mixture on your face every day for best results.

Mix 10 drops of castor oil, five drops of rosemary oil and 4 drops of tea tree oil. Massage well on your face, especially on the bald areas. Do this twice a day to activate blood circulation, and you will gradually see hair growth on that area.
I have facial hair with a rough skin texture. Can you suggest a natural remedy?

Cook oats until it reaches a creamy, sticky texture, then apply a thick layer onto the face. When dry, scrub against the hair growth. Do this three times a week. Fine hair will fall out and the skin will feel softer.
My skin tone is a lovely, healthy pink but I've always felt like my inner thighs are much darker, comparatively, and the skin there is also quite rough. I've tried whitening creams but they don't work. Please do help me.

For the thigh area, prepare a mask by mixing coconut milk, milk powder and almond powder together. Apply this paste on your thighs and when dry, scrub off. After you're done with your shower, gently pat coconut oil onto your skin. You can also massage your thighs with coconut oil and leave this overnight to see quick results.
My cousin's wedding is coming up in a month and my face is filled with pimples. Some have also left dark spots on my face. I've tried many remedies, but nothing seem to work. Please help me.

The first thing you need to do is check your diet. Drink two litres of water daily and avoid spicy foods. Every day, apply a mixture of tomato juice, rice powder and oats to make a mask. Apply this on your face and scrub off when dry with chilled water (as this tones and shrinks pores). In fact, avoid using hot water on your face entirely.
