New trend alert:

Ok, we hate to break it to you, but ‘meggings’ are a thing now. Yep, you guessed it right, it is leggings for men.

While we are all for equality, there needs to be a line drawn between bizarre and fashion, and that line is definitely for meggings. A number of celebrities have been spotted sporting this trend, including Justin Bieber, Russell Brand and Conan O’Brien, and to say that we are mildly scarred looking at those pictures, would be an understatement. Brooklyn Beckham lands cover

David and Victoria Beckham’s oldest, Brooklyn, recently landed his first magazine cover.

Following in the footsteps of his famous, camera-friendly parents, Brooklyn, who turned 15 in March, appeared in a 20-page fashion editorial wearing top designer brands, and on the cover of Man About Town magazine. Shot by his parents’ friend Alasdair McLellan, we love how suave he looks, and we have a sneaky feeling his female fan base will increase by a few thousands.

SmarTech Shopper

Organised by the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), this exhibition is aimed at the socially responsible buyer.

DEWA plans to reach out consumers through this platform, to encourage them to be efficient when using energy and resources. Open to the general public, Smartech Shopper will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, from April 14-16.

Formichetti makes his 
Diesel debut

Lady Gaga’s ex-stylist, and Thierry Mugler’s ex-creative director Nicola Formichetti joined hands with denim giant diesel, and debuted his first collection last week in Venice. The collection had a variety of treated, distressed and dyed denim, keeping in tune with the show’s 90s throwback theme. There were also some leather jackets, zip heavy trousers, mini dresses and skirts, paired with military parkas. The event concluded with a show by singer Brooke Candy, who the designer announced as his latest muse and collaborator.

Kate Moss for Topshop

The supermodel, who doesn’t seem to age, has launched yet another collection with high street brand Topshop, for their spring/summer 2014 collection.

Seven years after their first collaboration, the model was quoted saying that she has grown in terms of her fashion choices, and this particular collection will show-case pieces that are more sophisticated, ones that she would wear herself.
