Craft Café, the new eatery in Dubai Design District, is hosting a demonstration of RealRyder's bicycles, after which there's smoothie tasting. RealRyder is an indoor boutique cycling studio.

Football under 17
Want to watch young UAE talent kick that ball around a field? The 6th Hamdan Bin Mohammed International Football Championships is taking place this fortnight, and is organised by Dubai Sports Council (DSC). The championship is for young and up-and-coming players under 17.

Mickey's music festival
Take the little ones to hear music from blockbuster movies Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and Disney/Pixar's Toy Story, all remixed to rock, pop, reggae, hip-hop, jazz and country, and other jams. Disney Live! has brought Mickey's Music Festival that features an all-star line-up of more than 25 Disney characters.

Fun of frolicking in bubbles
Fancy a run - or a walk - in a bubble-filled space? Participants in this first of a kind bubble race will get to experience a 5km run or walk on a track divided into zones. You can wear shades so the suds don't trouble your eyes.

Jet ski race to win Dh240, 000
You have till end of today, April 7 to register for the "Dubai Wave Challenge", a jet ski race that's taking place at The Dubai International Marine Club to promote water sports.
This race will test the endurance of the jet ski racers, as they will have to be on the course for one hour and 45 minutes to win the total prize money of Dh2,40, 000 among the top 20.
