In order to discipline his teenage daughter, a 33-year-old man in Louisiana lashed the girl with a belt and then shaved her head as a punishment for downloading Snapchat.
The horrifying video shows the girl screaming in pain as her father, Alex Harrison, brutally beats her ignoring her screams. He then takes her to another room and shaves her head while the girl, reportedly a grade 9 student, pleads him for mercy. Harrison recorded the entire ordeal and posted the video on Facebook and Snapchat, following which he was arrested for mercilessly thrashing his young daughter and shaving her head.
Harrison was quoted saying in the video, "She wanna be grown, she getting her hair bald. School is for work not for Snapchat. She ain't got no business with no damn snap anyway. Stay tuned."
According to reports in Daily Mail, he whipped the girl for over a minute which included 50 strikes with a belt, ignoring her agonizing screams and telling her to move her hands and feet which she used to try to block the blows
