A dramatic video has emerged online of a rescue act by a cow in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior. In the CCTV camera footage, two men can be seen ruthlessly stabbing a young Indian girl. The cow then charges at the men in a bid to stop them from the dreadful attack. According to media reports, the girl, named as Seema Gujjar, was stabbed multiple times and killed in Gwalior, in a suspected case of honour killing. Thanks to the cow, the girl managed to flee the scene, but later she collapsed and died. Police reportedly said that one of the attackers was injured because of the cow. Hindustan Times reports that the minor girl was allegedly stabbed by her father, Kalyan Singh, and her uncle Lakhan Singh, for eloping with a 22-year-old man identified as Sonu in January, police said. Sonu was arrested on the complaint of the minor's father. The girl was sent to a government-run shelter following a court's order, as she refused to return to her village Pahadigaon in Morena district. She was later shifted to a shelter for women in the Hazira area of the city, more than 400km from Bhopal, where she was attacked and killed. WATCH:
