A man was arrested in Saudi Arabia after a video of him firing a gun at a radar on the road went viral. The Saudi Police announced on Sunday that the man, who made a video of himself shooting at the road radar (Saher) on Al Taif - Al Baha road, was arrested . In the viral video, the man can be seen shooting at the radar with a gun, while he broadcasted it live on a social media app. Major Mohammed bin Abdull Wahab Al-Ghamedi, the spokesperson of Makkah police , said that authorities identified the man in the video and arrested him.
He added that the man is a Saudi citizen in his 30s. The police has filed charges against him for further legal procedures. Al Ghamedi said that the police is working for the security of citizens and residents, stressing that authorities will not allow anyone to affect society with such harmful behaviour.
