Video: US man gets emotional as he accepts Islam in Oman

For the devout, it is an honour to be present at the moment when a person decides to change their faith and enter a new one. 
A video of a man, rumored to be a leader in a US army saying the Shahada (prayer of initation into the faith) to a group of witnesses in Oman has gone viral. It has generated emotional response over Instagram and YouTube. 
The moment seems to be fraught with emotion for the convert, who can be seen being visibly moved by the experience with tears streaming down his face.
One of the witnesses said, "Thats our religion. No terrorism or violence."
