Dutch officers fired a warning shot during the arrests of three suspects at Amsterdam's central station on Tuesday evening, an official police tweet said.
A police spokeswoman declined to provide further details. No one was injured during the arrests. A witness told a Reuters reporter at the scene he heard a shot being fired and saw a suspect running.
The area around the central station was cordoned off and there was a heavy police presence. "I saw a guy running and a lot of police on top of him," said Armen Zadoorian.
